Millbrook Meadow Volunteer Appreciation Celebration

Volunteers, future volunteers and friends of the park, came together to in appreciation of our regular volunteers and to welcome any interested in learning more about supporting our wonderful town park at Millbrook Meadow. ​Coffee, refreshments and snacks were served and a special tribute to Samuel Coulbourn in celebration of his retirement. Sam has donated countless hours and wisdom to the MMC committee and the Millbrook Meadow and Mill Pond. Many thanks to Sam for his contributions to the Millbrook Meadow!!!​

Quarry Dance
August 8-9, 2025
Windhover Center for the Performing Arts welcomed the return of New York City based Alison Cook Beatty Dance Company for the 2025 Quarry Dance Performances in Millbrook Meadow. This year, the quarry dance took place at Mill and Frog ponds, complete with a waterfall. An engaging celebration of dance, creativity, and natural beauty during this summer event.

Annual Rubber Duck Race

The Friends of Rockport Council on Aging held their annual rubber duck race on Saturday, June 7th. Photos show the excitement building as ducks come down the stream; ducks at the finish line. An exciting race with a last minute pile up at the finish.
Spring Cleanup

It was a beautiful Saturday for pruning and raking in the Meadow. Volunteers helped clean out the leaves and give the Meadow a sprucing up for the Spring and Summer months!
